How to grow fresh garlic at home and make yummy scrambled eggs

Green Garlic is a favorite of mine. In India it is actually cultivated for consumption. It has the same health benefits that garlic has.

  • “Leelu Lasan” in India.
  • Called as Garlic Chives (Garlic Organic)
  • Field Garlic
  • Crow Garlic, or Onion Grass.
  • Allium Vineale

  5. Love Green garlic with eggs and many other chicken and meat dishes. We also make kachu. Which is a dish where everything is raw except boiled potatoes. It has oil, eggs and you may add raw mince meat apart from the spices and it is vigorously mixed for a long time to give a fine shiny chutney kind of a texture

  6. Interesting dish kachu. In gujarati the word “kachu” literally means “raw”.
