Akuri scrambled eggs and Parsi Omlette

Please have the following items ready to cook along and make these dishes with Rita’s demo. Let’s have fun!

Poro (Omlette)
To save time, please finely chop the onions and keep them ready. You will also need a small frying pan.
2 eggs
1 onion chopped fine
1 green chilies chopped fine (optional)
5 tsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp small piece of ginger and garlic crushed paste
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cumin powder
A pinch of black pepper
2 tbsp ghee or oil for frying
Deep bowl for mixing
Deep non-stick pan for frying
2 Buns or Slices of Bread

To save time, you can fry the finely chopped onions in a deep non-stick pan and keep them ready. 4 eggs
1 onion chopped very fine
1 finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup fresh Coriander (Cilantro) chopped (optional)
1 green chili finely chopped
2 tsp pieces of fresh finely chopped garlic and ginger or ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp of turmeric (Haldi)
1/2 tsp each Coriander and Cumin Powder (Dhana-Jeeru)
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
Salt to taste
