1/2 tsp Turmeric

1/2 Red Chilly Powder

In a non-stick pan heat 3 tsp of canola oil and pour in the mixture.

Cover. Cook on very slow heat till done.

Serve immediately.

An omelette (omelet in American English; see spelling differences) is a dish made from eggs (usually chicken eggs), fried with butter or oil in a frying pan. It is a common practice for an omelette to include fillings such as chivesvegetablesmushroomsmeat (often ham or bacon), cheeseonions or some combination of the above. Whole eggs or egg whites are often beaten with a small amount of milkcream, or water.
