Cottage Cheese Egg Free Paneer RecipesIndian Bhurji with Cottage Cheese (Egg free)Parsi Cuisineupdated on May 29, 2020April 26, 2020 Prepared this almost like our Parsi Egg Akuri INGREDIENTS 300 Grams Paneer/Cottage Cheese 3 medium onions finely chopped 1 green chilli finely chopped 1 Finely chopped spring onion 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp jeera powder 1/2 tsp dhana powder 1/2 tsp black pepper powder Chilli powder to taste 2 medium tomatoes chopped Cilantro finely chopped for garnish Oil METHOD Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onions and saute till light brown. Add green chilli, spring onion and saute for a minute. Add all the spice powders and sauté for a minute. Add tomatoes. Saute for a minute. Add paneer/cottage cheese. Mix well. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
